Answers about your ticket and getting through the door.
After signing in, open My Tickets from your account. It shows tickets connected to the email address you used when registering.
Your QR code appears when your ticket is valid for entry. If the event requires approval, it appears after the organizer accepts your registration.
Your ticket may be awaiting approval, or the organizer may have configured the event without QR tickets. Check the ticket status and its entry instructions.
Open your ticket on your phone and show the QR code when one is available. For some events, the organizer may ask to see ticket details instead.
Once you have checked in, the ticket status is updated. Follow the organizer’s on-site instructions if you need to re-enter or have a problem at the gate.
Speak with the event team at the gate first. If the issue is with your account or ticket, send Support the event name, your registered email, and a screenshot when possible.
