Vibook provides event discovery, registration, ticket issuance, and check-in workflows for attendees, organizers, and authorized staff.
3. Tickets and Registrations
- Tickets are issued to registered users and may be subject to capacity limits.
- QR tickets must be valid at the time of check-in.
- Event details may be updated by organizers (time, venue, or availability).
4. Free Tickets Policy
Tickets are currently offered as free-only. No payment or refund flow applies in this phase.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
- Sharing or reselling access in violation of event or platform rules.
- Attempts to bypass security, authentication, or role-based restrictions.
6. Organizer and Staff Responsibilities
- Organizers are responsible for event content, legality, and attendee communication.
- Scanner and staff access must be used only for assigned events.
- Misuse of privileged access may lead to immediate revocation.
7. Intellectual Property
Vibook branding, software, and platform assets are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute platform materials except as expressly allowed.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
